Award Amount:  $5,000 – $20,000
Deadline:  August 15th, 2013

  1. Letters of Inquiry are required before submission of a full proposal.

  2. Letters of Inquiry should be no more than one page and should include:

    1. Brief description of the project

    2. The dates during which the project will take place

    3. A project budget amount

    4. The specific grant amount requested

    5. The name of the contact person

    6. The official name of the applicant organization

    7. Confirmation of the organization’s current tax-exempt status with the IRS

  3. Should be mailed via USPS First Class or Priority Mail Only to:

Part II / if you are invited to submit a full proposal:

  1. Full proposals due September 15th, 2013 and should be e-mailed and include PDF’s of the following:

    1. Completed application form

    2. One page budget that includes other sources of funding and their status (confirmed and pending)

    3. Confirmation of the organization’s tax-exempt status with the IRS

    4. Up to 20 jpeg or similar images sent to:  info@efgfoundation.com

  2. Alternatively, proposals can be sent via USPS First Class or Priority and should include:

    1. Original completed application form (same as 1a)

    2. One page of slides no more than ten 8½” x 11” with printed images OR a CD  with 10-20 images of the focus of the project

    3. One page budget (same as 1b)

    4. Tax-exempt status (same as 1c)

    5. Mailing Address:  (same as 3 of Part I)

  1. Ray, Its been a long time. Your support has not been forgotten. Just wanted you to know about a performance being done using my photography in Brooklyn on Feb. 18th.
